Payment Notes
Please note the following important terms for payments. Check our rates here.
- A security deposit of $250 is required. If there are no damages, this deposit will be refunded to the address on file within 10 days after your stay. If you cancel your reservation, you forfeit your security deposit.
- A maintenance fee of $25 will be added to your booking.
- A cleaning fee of $200 will be imposed to ensure the pristine conditions of our property.
- For pet owners, please note there is an additional pet fee of $100.
- All payments are to be made in full upfront to confirm your booking.
- A driver’s license is required at the time of booking, with the primary renter needing to be at least 25 years of age.
- Our refund policy allows for a full refund up to 14 days prior to the reservation, minus the security deposit.

- Check-out Time: 11:00 am
